Roy’s Grille was established on September 16, 2014, by Chef Chris Williams, as a tribute to his late grandfather, Leroy Carter. Drawing inspiration from his deep-rooted appreciation for authentic southern cuisine, Chris has infused Roy’s Grille’s menu with his passion and creativity. The kitchen at Roy’s Grille is renowned for its commitment to scratch-made dishes, with Chris personally crafting everything from the BBQ sauces to the spice rubs and even the bacon in-house.

Learning from his mother and grandmother in Olar, South Carolina, Chris remains true to his southern upbringing, continuously innovating while preserving the culinary heritage of his roots. Every dish at Roy’s Grille is a work of art, prepared with unwavering attention to detail and an abundance of love. No corners are ever cut, and no expense is spared in the pursuit of culinary excellence at Roy’s Grille.
